ALLAN HUTENSKY
Chairman and Principal

Allan Hutensky serves as Chairman and Principal of The Hutensky Group and has more than thirty years of diversified real estate experience with emphasis in the areas of shopping center development, finance and acquisition. He has been directly responsible for the development of more than 120 retail and commercial real estate projects. A graduate of the University of Connecticut with a B.A. and a J.D. degree, Mr. Hutensky was a partner at several Hartford area law firms prior to co-founding The Hutensky Group's predecessor, Bronson and Hutensky, in 1979. He has been active in both the International Council of Shopping Centers and Urban Land Institute for many years and has been a trustee or member of the board of directors of many of Greater Hartford's educational and arts organizations.
