BRAD M. HUTENSKY
President and Principal

Brad Hutensky serves as President and Principal of The Hutensky Group. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm including both client relations and new business development. Prior to joining The Hutensky Group in 1989, Brad was employed by a number of national real estate development and finance organizations. He holds an M.B.A. from Harvard University Graduate School of Business and an A.B. from Dartmouth College. Mr. Hutensky is a Trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and also serves as Co-Chairman of the Committee on Open Air Centers. He is also Chairman of the Commercial and Retail Development Council (Blue Flight) of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the board of directors of several community and professional organizations.
