ELAINE M. DEVINE
Senior Property Manager

As senior property manager for the Hutensky Group, Elaine Devine is responsible for all facets of property management on a select group of properties including day-to-day maintenance, supervision of contractors, tenant relations, rent collection, sales analysis, budget preparation and variance reporting, leasing, marketing and accounting support. She understands the significant issues affecting a property's financial performance, makes recommendations and implements programs to correct problems or enhance property results. Ms. Devine has over thirty-one years experience in retail and real estate. Most recently, she was employed by Westfield Management, Inc. as Assistant General Manager and Operations Manager, and prior to that by Michaels Jewelers and R.H. Macy & Co. Elaine graduated from Fairfield University and is a registered jeweler. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and completed their Management I and II courses.
