Jodi Greenspan is responsible for leasing selected properties from the company's portfolio. Her duties include tenant prospecting, market research and deal negotiation. Using her extensive retailer relationships with national and regional tenants as well as her ability to identify and cultivate local tenants to develop a mix that is optimal for each property. Jodi has over ten years experience in retail leasing with prior employment at Konover Management Corporation and a leading local retail brokerage firm. Jodi is a graduate from the University of Pennsylvania and currently a MBA candidate at the University of Connecticut. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
