Vice President, Portfolio Management

Kim Griffin's objective as Vice President, Portfolio Management, is to focus on the asset management of the company's shopping centers. Ms. Griffin will serve as a development and portfolio manager for a portfolio of retail shopping centers located in numerous states. Prior to joining The Hutensky Group in 1993, Kim was the comptroller for a small development company, United Corners in Atlanta, Georgia. She holds an MBA from Georgia State University, Atlanta, Georgia, and a BS in Finance/Economics from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts. Ms. Griffin is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and serves on the Connecticut chapter of the Real Estate Finance Association's Hartford executive committee. She has earned the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
