LINDA L. BREWER, RPA
Director of Property Operations

As director of property operations for the Hutensky Group, Linda Brewer maintains a portfolio of retail shopping centers. She is currently responsible for all facets of property management including day-to-day maintenance, supervision of contractors, tenant relations, rent collection, sales analysis, budget preparation and variance reporting, leasing, marketing and accounting support, and all other functions necessary for the successful operations of retail centers. Ms. Brewer has over seventeen years experience in real estate and construction management. Previously Ms. Brewer served Culbro Land Resources of Windsor, Connecticut, in a number of capacities, including property manager, construction manager and contracts administrator. Linda has received technical training at New York University and Springfield Technical College in Massachusetts. She has earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Ms. Brewer is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
