VERONIQUE V. LONGO

Veronique Longo focuses on the acquisition of underperforming retail centers for Hutensky Capital Partners. Ms. Longo's responsibilities include the sourcing, analysis and pricing of potential acquisitions and is also active in the due diligence process. She has worked on acquisitions throughout the country including the Northeast, Midwest and Southwest and has developed an extensive network of relationships with owners, brokers and retailers that she can call upon to help source and underwrite potential acquisitions. Ms. Longo also manages the company's market research function and has created much of its proprietary retail market supply and demand modeling software. She has an extensive background both in shopping center leasing and computer information systems. Ms. Longo is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and serves as Co-Chair for the trade group's Next Generation Connecticut committee. She has also served as a board of director on several professional and community organizations.
