The Hutensky Group's leasing department has leased over 3 million square feet in the last few years ranging from grocery and non-grocery anchored strip centers, small enclosed malls, power centers, and free-standing facilities. Throughout the years The Hutensky Group has developed extensive relationships with national, regional and local retailers.
Michael J. Cubeta, Jr.
Michael Cubeta is the Hutensky Group's Senior Vice President of Leasing.
He is responsible for directing all leasing activities including liaison with outside brokers
as well as developing and maintaining all anchor relationships.
Michael brings over fifteen years of retail leasing experience to his position and uses his
many national, regional and local retail contacts in conjunction with prospecting and cold calling to successfully lease shopping centers.
Jodi C. Greenspan
Jodi Greenspan is responsible for leasing selected properties from the company's portfolio
bringing over ten years prior experience.
Her duties include tenant prospecting, market research and deal negotiation. Using her
extensive retailer relationships with national and regional tenants as well as her ability
to identify and cultivate local tenants to develop a mix that is optimal for each property.
